Company History
In 1991, Exposure clothing began it's journey. While traveling the world and living in South America as a volunteer in various indigenous communities, the founder fell in love with the diversity of cultures and fascinating peoples that he encountered. He decided to found a new company that would see him bring a bit of the world to Vancouver and have Vancouver taste and see how interesting the rest of the world truly is. Exposure first started as an importer and distributor of clothing and accessories from around the world and in 1998 Exposure clothing retail opened its first store at West 4th and Macdonald in Vancouver. Exposure has seen textiles from such places as Bali, Kathmandu, Shanghai, Qingdao, Chichicastenango and Otavalo. Fashion has been the means where Exposure has shown the fascinating diversity of the world to the Lower Mainland of Vancouver and satisfied many of our loyal customers.
